Oven baked fish tacos

This is one of our favorite Lenten Friday meals. So easy to throw together, fairly inexpensive, and everyone seems to like it. I use tilapia because I can get a bag of frozen tilapia for about $3 at my local grocery store. But you can use any firm white fish that you like.
